This guide explains how quotations are built up in workshop economies, why minimum order quantities are frequently lower and lead times frequently longer than in factory sourcing, how harvest and festival calendars interrupt production in most craft regions, and how to structure staggered delivery so that a buyer's cash and a workshop's capacity are not fighting each other.
